We finally made it inside with only 10 minutes to spare before the show started. Everyone was in a rush to get seated after arriving 40 minutes early and standing out in the cold. Really! The venue should have started allowing customers in an hour before for this sold out show.
The performance by the group Steep Canyon River with Nicky Sanders on fiddle was amazing! Their energy and enthusiasm brought so much to the show. Hold On To Your Butts open their mouths and are just hilarious. I smiled and laughed the whole time as the two great comedians reminisced about their careers and how they met. Only once, each one said a word that was totally unnecessary. It was like they felt that some shock therapy was needed for the crowd to laugh. If not for the vulgarity, it would have been totally amazing.
